Green Energy Company Buys Friends In Pipeline Protests

The Washington Free Beacon reveals that self-described “green” energy companies are so terrified of the Dakota Access Pipeline and the jobs and economic activity it would create that they are funding protests against its construction.

According to the Free Beacon, ConEdison Development and Fagen Inc., two major green energy companies, donated a quarter of a million dollars to an Indian tribe driving the pipeline protest:

On April 5, the Standing Rock Sioux’s tribal council unanimously voted to accept two $125,000 donations from ConEdison Development and Fagen Inc., a green energy design and construction company, according to council meeting minutes.

Environmentalist Left leaders like Bill McKibben have failed to call out the most radical protesters who have resorted to extreme actions, including vandalism and violence.
